While the median home price decreased by 0.06% to $431,180 the median square foot price was unchanged at $216.00 SF.  The total listing on James Island is 206 which 0.04% decrease from last month.  September shows 204 listings which was a decline of 0.04% and November showed 215 listing which was a 0.05% increase.
